  • Are appointed to one or more specialist Lots
  • Operate under agreed terms, pricing and compliance standards
  • Receive recruitment requests via the Omnijo framework platform
  • Are reviewed as part of annual framework refreshes

How agencies will work with Omnijo

Agencies will:

  • Receive and respond to requisitions online
  • Submit candidate details through the platform
  • Manage bookings, timesheets and confirmations digitally
  • Operate within agreed mark-ups and pricing limits
  • Be paid in line with framework payment terms

All communication and activity is recorded for transparency and compliance.

Performance management

Supplier performance is monitored using agreed KPIs, including:

  • Time to fill
  • Quality of candidates
  • Assignment completion
  • Compliance and process adherence
  • Cost efficiency and service quality

Performance is reviewed termly and annually. Persistent under-performance may result in removal from the framework.
