This message applies to all recruitment consultancies, temporary agencies or search and selection firms looking to represent candidates.

The vacancies advertised on this website are for the sole purpose of direct applicants submitting an application.

In line with our commitments to safeguarding and to comply with Public Contracts Regulations 2015, Harris Federation will operate a Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) via a framework agreement which is in the form of a dynamic purchasing system.  The Federation will not enter into any commercial undertaking with any recruitment businesses who is not approved to engage with our academies via our framework agreement.

Any recruitment business, where no framework agreement is agreed prior to an engagement, who may send unsolicited, anonymous or speculative introduction, either through this website, or sent to careers@harrisfederation.org.uk, or the generic e-mail contact of any Harris Academy, or personal e-mail accounts of Harris Federation employees, will not be recognised as an Introduction. Referral fees are only payable where an Academy has instructed a Preferred Supplier for a specific appointment. Harris Federation hereby indemnifies itself against any costs, charges, recruitment fees or other liabilities relating to any recruitment business.

This notice shall prevail over any other terms of business or conditions (or similar) put forward by an Agency for the supply of permanent or temporary staff.

The Harris Federation regularly reviews the PSL Framework. For agencies interested to work with the Federation as a preferred supplier, please visit https://www.mytenders.co.uk/ and register in order to access documentation once published as part of a tender.

Our PSL framework for preferred suppliers is a Dynamic Purchasing System. Any agency wishing to supply recruitment services to the Federation can submit a bid via an open market OJEU procurement process when an active tender is in process.

The framework has multiple refresh points each year and, if successful, new suppliers will join the framework in Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4.

We anticipate a refresh to take place within the next 3-6 months, but maybe subject to change or delays in light of impacts relating to CV-19.
