What we are talking about...

Are you an aspiring Senior Leader? Rss

Posted on: November 21st 2017

The NPQSL is a dynamic development programme for experienced middle leaders potentially one year away from senior leadership and newly appointed senior leaders with whole school responsibilities.

This programme is designed to support you to improve your existing knowledge, skills and experience and develop capacity to work efficiently across an organisation.

Our facilitators role-model outstanding practice and use coaching techniques to support participants to further develop their leadership experience. You will be encouraged to reflect on your own areas of strength and areas for improvement and identify ways you can improve your leadership through various activities whilst on the course.

This programme is for you if you are a leader with cross-school responsibilities, including experienced middle leaders, deputy headteachers/vice principals, special educational needs co-ordinators (SENCOs), advanced skills teachers (ASTs) and other senior staff looking for further professional development.

Your programme is delivered by serving school leaders with extensive experience in school improvement and effective leadership and management.

The Harris Federation Teaching School is licensed to run a range of Aspiring Leaders programmes, led by some of the most talented principals in the country and delivered by high-performing principals, middle and senior leaders with exceptional track records. Our leaders have a wealth of knowledge and are highly experienced in improving outcomes for pupils and students.
